Precision ground helical gear teeth, uniform meshing contact to reduce running noise and slow tooth surface abrasion;
Inner 25-tooth spline precision broaching, tight fit with main shaft without radial runout during torque transmission;
Optimized arc transition at tooth root to disperse shift impact stress and avoid tooth root cracking under full-load climbing;
Standard OEM dimension, tooth count and spline specification fully consistent with 4304543, no cutting or grinding modification during installation;
Whole surface anti-rust passivation treatment, resistant to long-term erosion of high-temperature transmission gear oil;
Strict torsion resistance, reciprocating fatigue and lubrication circulation test before delivery, stable power output for urban distribution and mountain medium-load haulage.
