Standard evenly distributed flange fixing bolt holes, consistent with original gearbox upper installation plane, no drilling or cutting during replacement;
All joint sealing planes adopt precision milling, matched with high-temperature nitrile rubber integrated gaskets to block gear oil and hydraulic oil seepage;
Surface sandblasting anti-corrosion treatment, resistant to engine compartment high temperature, gear oil vapor and muddy road dust long-term erosion;
Strict full-load hydraulic circulation impact test, millions-time reciprocating automatic shift simulation test and -35℃~140℃ temperature cycle aging test before delivery, stable shift control performance under mountain, mining and cross-border long-distance transportation conditions.
