Integrally CNC deep-machined complex labyrinth oil channels, smooth oil circulation without casting burr clogging, independent pressure regulating, reversing and lock-up oil circuits;
Precision ground valve spools with hardening treatment, low internal leakage, fast response for frequent loader forward/reverse shifting;
Standard multi-way solenoid valve mounting bases, compatible with original shift solenoids, pressure sensor and temperature sensor installation positions;
Built-in main pressure relief valve, torque converter pressure regulating valve and clutch buffer valve, automatically buffer hydraulic impact to eliminate shift jerk during heavy load loading operation;
Nitrile rubber high-temperature sealing gaskets on all joint surfaces, resistant to 110℃ high-temperature transmission oil and construction mud dust corrosion;
Unified flange fixing hole layout, consistent with original gearbox bottom mounting size, no cutting or drilling during maintenance replacement;
Strict full-flow hydraulic sealing test, millions-time reciprocating shift fatigue test and -35℃~120℃ temperature cycle aging test before delivery, stable hydraulic control performance for continuous heavy-duty construction operation.
