Multi-group precision ground hardened valve spools, ultra-low internal leakage rate, sensitive shift response for urban frequent acceleration and deceleration;
Standard multi-position solenoid valve mounting seats, fully compatible with original shift solenoids, pressure and temperature sensor installation positions;
Built-in main pressure relief valve, clutch buffer valve and retarder pressure regulating valve, automatically buffer hydraulic impact to eliminate shift jerk during passenger loading and unloading;
High temperature resistant nitrile rubber integrated sealing gaskets on all joint surfaces, stable sealing within -35℃~115℃ transmission oil working environment;
Unified bottom flange fixing hole layout, consistent with original gearbox mounting base, no cutting or drilling during maintenance replacement;
Strict full-flow hydraulic sealing test, millions-time reciprocating shift fatigue test and high-low temperature cycle aging test before delivery, reliable hydraulic control performance for long-hour continuous bus urban operation.
