Integrated die-cast aluminum alloy housing, lightweight design with high rigidity, anti-deformation under long-term medium load operation;
All internal gears and synchronizers use 20CrMnTi carburized alloy steel, vacuum quenching and precise helical tooth grinding for outstanding wear resistance;
9 forward gears with reasonable gear ratio layout, easy shifting and low fuel consumption for short and medium distance transportation;
Built-in standard PTO port, compatible with sanitation vehicles, water trucks and hydraulic auxiliary equipment;
Standard input/output spline, mounting hole spacing and lubrication oil channel fully consistent with ZF original specifications;
